I charge according to the standard rates set by medical aid providers, facilitating a seamless process for clients to claim reimbursement from their medical aid schemes. While payment is made up front, clients can submit their receipts to their medical aids for reimbursement. This approach allows for transparency and simplicity in financial transactions, while ensuring that clients receive quality care at rates consistent with industry standards.
My cancellation policy ensures that I can effectively manage my schedule to accommodate the needs of all my clients. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of therapy sessions. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling within this timeframe, the session will be charged in full. Please note that this charge is not covered by medical aid and is the responsibility of the client.
